Bike Fitting Philosophy
The bike fitting technique is designed to screen cyclists with the aim of achieving optimal cycling function. It correlates physical cycling forces with physiological effects and then correlates those physiological effects with the rider’s sensations and the visual movement cues observed by the fitter.

Thanks very much for getting me set up on the bike. In a few short months, I am already a better rider for it. My take is these endurance pursuits are a journey – with a few milestone checkpoints from time to time to keep one honest -. I feel we are just done with one such checkpoint at IM Goa. I had a decent race I think, not as strong as I thought I would finish, but very acceptable. The bike course itself I found quite hard and was clearly flagging on the second loop. In retrospect, I should have spent more time prepping in the tuck position as I kept having to get out of it to stretch my back and hips. Am quite happy with the way the overall program you have set for me is working, as I feel I have improved as a cyclist, though with some ways to go yet. I am stronger on the bike and in the lead-up to the event there had been a clear improvement in my comfort level as well as confidence. It’s the prep for the Sahyadri Classic now, with a brief interlude at the Tour of Nilgiris. So lots more biking and better numbers to come for sure.
Jas Singh (IM Triathlete)
Once again thanks for helping out. I’m looking forward to keeping improving, and to your help along this journey.
